Front Royal Family Practice will change our Electronic Health Record system to Valley Health’s EPIC system on 10/27/2021. Unfortunately, you may find appointment availability tight in November as we adjust to the new system.
Our new online portal, through which you may view your records and contact us, will be Epic MyChart, the same system you may use for Valley Health Medical records (see link below). The Allscripts patient portal, Follow My Health, will no longer function for messages and updates from charts after 5:00 PM on Monday 10/25/21. Messaging through MyChart will not be active until 10/27/21.
Transitions can be disruptive. We appreciate your patience while we navigate to our new EHR.
